Although we are confident on our meat items, we understand customer satisfaction is top priority. 

Our return policy is simple and easy.

• Items must be return within 24 hours in which the items were received. 
• Store manager's approval is required.
• If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the product minus the applicable return fees once the product has been received and inspected.
